We offer custom digital art commissions, including but not limited to:
-Portrait Commissions:
Personalized portraits of individuals or pets.
-Character Design Commissions: Original character designs for personal projects, games, or stories.
-Illustrative Artwork: Unique illustrations tailored for personal use, publications, or merchandise.
-Branding Materials:
Custom logos and commercial branding graphics.
Pricing Structure
Pricing is determined based on the complexity and size of the artwork. A base range is provided, but specific quotes will be given for each unique request.
Portraits: Starting at $50
Character Design: Starting at $100
Illustrations: Starting at $150
Additional fees may apply for detailed elements, background complexity, or rapid turnaround requests.
Ordering Process
1. Request Submission:
Complete the commission request form availableAp on my website, providing comprehensive details about your vision.
2. Review & Quotation:
I will review your request and provide a written quote along with an estimated completion time.
3. Deposit Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final artwork.
*Disclaimer:* All commissions under $100 must be paid in full at the time of order. By proceeding with your request, you acknowledge and agree to this payment policy.
4. Completion Time:
Estimated delivery times are 1-4 weeks, contingent upon the current workload and complexity of the commission. Timelines will be communicated clearly.
5. Delivery Format:
Completed artwork will be delivered in a high-resolution digital format via email or a download link.
Basic Rules
Copyright and Usage Rights:
Personal Use:
You are granted the right to use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes, such as displaying on social media or home use.
Commercial Use:
If the artwork is intended for commercial use (including selling merchandise), a separate commercial rights agreement must be negotiated, and corresponding fees will apply.
Revisions Policy:
Two (2) major revisions can be requested during the creation process. Any requests for changes beyond this will be subject to an additional fee.
Attribution Requirement:
When sharing or displaying the artwork publicly, you are required to provide appropriate credit as follows: "HAVOKED".
Refund Policy:
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once the initial work on your commission has begun. Should I be unable to complete your commission for any reason, the full amount will be refunded.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms:
By submitting a commission request, you confirm that you accept these terms of service in full.
2. Payment Terms:
All payments must be made through the payment methods specified on my website (e.g., PayPal, credit card). Payment plans may be discussed for larger projects.
3. Liability Waiver:
I shall not be liable for any claims or damages resulting from the use or distribution of the artwork, including but not limited to copyright infringements, misuse of the artwork, or any financial losses incurred.
4. Cancellation Policy:
Should you wish to cancel your commission before any work begins, please notify me promptly for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations after artwork has begun will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Confidentiality Clause:
Your personal information will be kept confidential and will only be used for communication related to your commission. No personal information will be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
6. Modifications to Terms:
I reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through the website.
